Known as a national sporting capital in Canada, Langford is home to several national and provincial-level teams that play and train in the City, including Rugby Canada, Pacific Football Club, Tennis Canada, Golf Canada, Cycling Canada, Rowing BC and Boxing BC.
Located in the Northern area of the City of Langford, the site offers proximity to the city’s retail core (1km), and to the downtown core of the City of Victoria. The site is easily accessible by cart path, sidewalk, cycling on multi-use trails, BC Transit, or car. With a wide choice of restaurants and accommodation options, the area is an ideal location for Sport Tourism.
Jordie Lunn Bike Park
The Jordie Lunn Bike Park is a one-of-a-kind recreational cycling space in the City of Langford that caters to cyclists of all ages and abilities. It combines elements of dirt jumping, a pump track, skills area, and cyclocross/mountain bike trails in one seamless experience. The Park serves as a year-round public cycling space for recreation and high performance training. In addition, it offers exciting programming and sports development opportunities for schools, sports teams, and clubs. The Jordie Lunn Bike Park is positioned to become a major cycling event venue to host various cycling events such as pump track, dirt jump competitions and mountain bike/cyclocross races.

New for 2023 will be the construction of a new 5000 sq. ft. facility called the "Clubhouse" which will feature services for bike rentals/repairs, food concession with an outdoor patio, change rooms/showers, community office/board room space, and satellite location for Canadian National Team high performance development. Public donations are being accepted to help offset construction and park maintenance costs.
